Prime Video Sets January 23 Premiere for Telugu Original Crime Thriller Cheekatilo, Starring Sobhita Dhulipala
Prime Video has officially announced the global premiere of its latest Telugu Original movie, Cheekatilo, an intense crime suspense drama headlined by Sobhita Dhulipala. The film will begin streaming worldwide on January 23, exclusively on Prime Video.
Directed by Sharan Kopishetty, Cheekatilo is produced by veteran filmmaker D. Suresh Babu under the prestigious Suresh Productions Pvt. Ltd. banner. The gripping story has been penned by Chandra Pemmaraju along with director Sharan Kopishetty.
Set in the vibrant yet shadowy lanes of Hyderabad, the film follows Sandhya, a true crime podcaster, whose life takes a disturbing turn after the mysterious death of her intern. As she digs deeper, her investigation uncovers a web of shocking crimes and long-buried secrets, pulling her into the city’s darkest corners.
Along with Sobhita Dhulipala in the lead, the film features Viswadev Rachakonda, Chaitanya Visalakshmi, Esha Chawla, Jhansi, Aamani, and Vadlamani Srinivas in important roles. Cheekatilo will stream across India and in more than 240 countries and territories, with subtitles available in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
