RK Deeksha New Poster Launched by Telugu Film Producers Council Secretary Thummala Prasanna Kumar
The new poster of the upcoming Telugu film “RK Deeksha” was officially launched by Mr. Thummala Prasanna Kumar, Secretary of the Telugu Film Producers Council. The film is produced under the banners RK Films and Sigdha Creations, written and directed by Dr. Prathani Ramakrishna Goud, and presented by D.S. Reddy.
Actor Kiran plays the lead role in the film, while Aqsa Khan (Dhee Jodi fame) and Alekhya Reddy appear as the female leads. The supporting cast includes Tulasi, Anusha, Keerthana, Pravallika, Rohith Sharma, and others. Music is composed by Raju Kiran, with editing by Meghana Sreenu.
As the film is nearing its release, the makers unveiled the new poster in the presence of industry guests and well-wishers, including Mr. Thummala Prasanna Kumar.
Speaking at the event, director and producer Dr. Prathani Ramakrishna Goud thanked everyone for their support and expressed special gratitude to Mr. Thummala Prasanna Kumar. He said it was a proud moment to revive the title “Deeksha,” which was earlier associated with a legendary NTR film. He also spoke about the difficulties faced by small filmmakers due to high digital and theatrical charges and requested support for small-budget cinema. He added that the film features strong emotional elements, including a special song dedicated to soldiers, and expressed confidence that RK Deeksha will be well appreciated.
Presenter D.S. Reddy stated that the film highlights values such as determination, devotion, and inner strength. He thanked the entire team for their dedication.
Lead actor Kiran said he felt proud to be part of the film and appreciated Dr. Ramakrishna Goud for handling multiple responsibilities. He requested audiences to support the film.
Actress Aqsa Khan shared her happiness about the poster launch and thanked the director for the opportunity, noting that the film introduced many new talents. Actress Tulasi said a song featuring jawans would be a major highlight and urged audiences to support the movie.
Senior actor Guru Raj spoke about the challenges faced by small producers and thanked Thummala Prasanna Kumar for his efforts toward industry reforms. Actor Sai Venkat said the title RK Deeksha, inspired by NTR’s legacy, makes the film special and wished the team great success.
Addressing the gathering, Thummala Prasanna Kumar praised the team for making a film inspired by NTR’s ideals. He spoke about the financial challenges faced by small films and recalled the support once extended to them by industry stalwarts. He wished the film grand success.
