Eesha Promises a Spine-Chilling Theatrical Experience: Sri Vishnu

Eesha’s Theatrical Experience Will Stay With You for a Long Time, Says Sri Vishnu

Usually, horror films scare audiences only inside theatres. But Eesha took things a step further by creating a truly spooky pre-release event itself. The “Eesha Haunted Night”, held in Hyderabad on Tuesday, gave attendees an eerie experience, making them feel as if they had already watched a horror film.

Eesha is being produced by Vamsi Nandipati and Bunny Vas under the banners Vamsi Nandipati Entertainments and Bunny Vas Works. The film is directed by Srinivas Manne and is set for a theatrical release on December 25, with premiere shows on December 24. Akhil Raj and Trigun play the lead roles, while Hebba Patel is the female lead. Siri Hanumanthu, Babloo, and Prithviraj appear in important roles. The film is produced by Hema Venkateswara Rao under HVR Productions and presented by senior producer KL Damodar Prasad.

Popular actor Sri Vishnu attended the Haunted Night event as the chief guest. He launched the Big Ticket and even signed a symbolic “viewer’s consent form.”

Speaking at the event, Sri Vishnu said he personally enjoys horror films, especially watching them in theatres with friends. “A good horror film stays in your mind for a long time. Eesha will also haunt audiences long after they leave the theatre,” he said. He praised director Srinivas Manne for his fresh storytelling and expressed confidence in the film’s strong twists. He also appreciated the producers and said that KL Damodar Prasad’s involvement automatically raises expectations.

KL Damodar Prasad said he chooses films only when the content is strong. He expressed confidence that Eesha would impress audiences and thanked Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati for taking the film to the masses. He also mentioned that ticket prices have been kept affordable to encourage theatre viewing.

Producer Vamsi Nandipati said Sri Vishnu is a lucky charm for them. He revealed that audiences will have to mentally prepare themselves before watching the film. “The movie will scare, entertain, and also deliver a meaningful message,” he said, adding that premiere shows will be available at just ₹99.

Bunny Vas shared that the film gives intense goosebumps. He said even after watching it, the fear stays with you. “Horror lovers will enjoy this film completely. The climax will shock everyone,” he said, adding that Eesha is a perfect theatre experience.

Hero Akhil Raj thanked the audience for supporting his previous film Raju Weds Rambai and said he hopes they will extend the same love to Eesha. Though he is scared of horror films, he said he is excited to watch this one in theatres.

Director Srinivas Manne thanked Sri Vishnu for attending the event and said he believes a director should speak through his film. He also appreciated the support and inputs given by Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati in shaping the film.

Hero Trigun said the film gave him a strong identity as a hero and described Eesha as an international-level horror experience.

Actors Siri Hanumanthu, Hebba Patel, producer Venkat, and others were also present at the event.
