 "Gurtimpu" First Look Out: A Powerful Bilingual Sports-Courtroom Drama Inspired by True Events

Gangaa Entertainments, in association with Swastik Visions, has unveiled the gripping first-look poster of its upcoming bilingual film Gurtimpu. Touted as an intense sports courtroom drama, Gurtimpu is being simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil. Directed by Thenpathiyan and headlined by KJR, the film draws inspiration from real-life incidents and promises to be both emotional and empowering.

Producer Maheshwar Reddy Mooli shared his thoughts on the project, saying:

"Gurtimpu traces the inspiring journey of a man born into poverty, who rises against all odds to make a mark in the world of sports. It’s a story of perseverance, identity, and the pursuit of justice. The film delves deep into the emotional and legal battles faced by athletes seeking recognition. With nearly 85% of the shoot completed, we are excited about the way the story has shaped up."

He also added, “Our banner earlier presented Varun Doctor, the dubbed version of Sivakarthikeyan’s hit, and more recently, we backed Shivam Bhaje starring Ashwin Babu. Gurtimpu is another ambitious addition to our lineup.”

Boasting a stellar ensemble cast, the film features KJR, Sindhuri Vishwanath, VG Venkatesh, Rangaraj Pandey, Mansoor Ali Khan, Rama, Mohan Ram, Anthony, Ajith Ghoshi, Vimal, Izabella, Shaan, Deepika, Janaki, and Arul Jyothi in key roles.
