NTR Legacy Honored: Chief Minister Supports Statue and Knowledge Center

Nandamuri Mohanakrishna, son of the late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), along with NTR Literature Committee member Madhusudana Raju and Telangana State Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao, met with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to discuss plans for erecting a 100-foot statue of NTR in Hyderabad.  

As part of the proposal, they also suggested the establishment of an NTR Knowledge Center, envisioned as a prominent tourist attraction.  

During the meeting, the committee members detailed the cultural and literary initiatives undertaken over the past 18 months and formally requested land allocation near the Outer Ring Road for the statue and knowledge center.  

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy commended their efforts, highlighting NTR’s timeless legacy as a revered actor and political leader cherished by Telugu people everywhere.
