Now for that company he looks for a CEO who takes forward his company along with his dream and motive
On the other Side Bheeshma(Nithiin) falls in love with Chaitra(Rashmika) employee of Bheeshma organics and Daughter of ACP Deva(Sampath)

Coming to Performances Hero Nithiin has done an Extraordinary job his performance is simply super his comedy timing is good .combination scenes with Rashmika came out very well .The track between Vennelakishore and Nithiin is Hilarious .i can say Beeshma will be one of the career best film for Nithiin .Rashmika Mandanna has done decent job she has got good role in the film she looks cute and she has given her best .Vennela kishore performance has taken the film to next level .Anant Nag role is good . Jisshu Sengupta justified his role Sampath,Ajay,Hebah Patel,Raghubabu,Brahmaji ,Naresh ,Sudarshan and rest of the cast has done decent job
Technical Aspects
In this Segment we must appreciate producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi (Sithara Entertainments) for his production Values and Execution .coming to director Venky Kudumula we must congratulate him for scoring second hit his writing skills are simply superb. His narration is good except some predictable scenes his work is out standing .dialogues are perfect .Cinematography is neat each and every visual is good .Mahati Swara Sagar has given Beautiful songs and excellent Background score which helped the film a lot . Editing is good . Art work ,Choreography ,Stunts what not all the crafts has done their best which we can see on screen overall technically Bheeshma is good
Verdict
On Whole i can say Bheeshma is an Entertaining film with good Message and it will be pakka paisa vasool for audience surely it will entertain dont miss the film watch and enjoy the film in your nearest theaters
