Dr Mangalampalli Balamurali Krishna: "I am A Fan Of Ghazal Srinivas"
The living musical legend Padma Vibhushan Dr Mangalampalli Balamurali Krishna expressed his delight for getting felicitated by the people of Palakol with the support of Ghazal Charitable Trust and NATS (North America Telugu Society). In his response he said, "I was invited to this place as the people here decided to felicitate me. I have many unforgettable things to bag from here. Among all, I am very delighted to find a friend like Dr Ghazal Srinivas. I have become his fan. Though I cannot sing Ghazals like him, I feel happy talk ing to him. He is popular and doing many good things to society. My blessings are always with him". Dr Balamurali Krishna was laureled by the people of Palakol with a Golden Bracelet (Swarna Kankanam) and he was also honored with a procession on a decorated chariot with the Endowments Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri Manikyala Rao sitting in the place of charioteer
