With an objective to make Bangaru Telangana and to provoke Social Development, R9 media (A creative media organization) & SDFFI (social Development Film Festival India) has come up with an initiative. A State level film festival which will be held between From 2014 November 14^{th TO} 2014 November 16^th at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad.

The theme for the fest is “Development in Telangana' and ‘How Bangaru Telangana is Possible for Youth”.

SDFFI is striving to promote how youth can participate in making “Bangaru Telangana” possible. The film festival is an attempt to create awareness about various issues related to Social Development and human interest pretended to Telangana State.

The duration of the film must be below 15 minutes. It can be made in any language but English subtitles are mandatory. Entries can be sent to the below address before Nov 10th 2014. About 40 films will be shortlisted and they would be screened at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad on November 14^th

The best film will be given a cash prize of Rs 3,00,000/- cash prize ,The second best film gets Rs.1,50,000/- cash prize ,The third best film will get Rs.75,000/- cash prize ,Ten additional consolation prizes
