'I am alive because of your love', says Dr Rajasekhar at birthday event
'Kinnera' song from 'Shekar' unveiled on the special occasion
Senior actor of several superhit films Dr. Rajasekhar today turned a year older. His birthday celebrations were held in Hyderabad with fanfare. Film celebs and the media fraternity were present on the occasion. On the occasion, the song 'Kinnera' from his 91st movie 'Shekar' was also released via Aditya Music. Jeevitha Rajasekhar has directed the thriller besides writing its screenplay. Beeram Sudhakara Reddy, Shivani Rajashekar, Shivathmika Rajashekar, and Boggaram Venkata Srinivas have joined hands to produce it on Pegasus Cinecorp, Taurus Cinecorp, Sudhakar Impex IPL, and Tripura Creations banners.
The 'Kinnera' song has been received well by the listeners. Here are the initial lines from the Anup Rubens melody:

Speaking on the occasion, Rajasekhar said, "When I contracted Covid-19, my health condition deteriorated and I was battling severe complications. I was not sure whether I would survive the virus. I lost all hopes about coming back alive and doing movies. My condition was hopeless and I couldn't even get up and walk. But if I am here today, it's because of your blessings. I thank everyone who prayed for my health. 'Shekar' has been done after my thorough recovery. Doing this one film was like doing 10 films at a time. We poured our heart and soul into making this film. Jeevitha is the reason this film has shaped up so well. She is the guiding light of the project. You are going to see her efforts in the way the output has shaped up. I hope you all watch our movie and bless us."
Director Jeevitha Rajasekhar said, "'Shekar' will always remain an unforgettable movie for us. When Rajasekhar garu was down with Covid, we couldn't celebrate his birthday. He is passionate about films and always discusses cinema. I thank artists and technicians for ensuring that 'Shekar' gets completed. Friends, relatives and fans prayed for Rajasekhar garu's recovery when he was hospitalized due to Covid-19. We sincerely thank them all today. Thank God that we have received this love and support from fans for three decades. Our producers couldn't make it to this event because they are out of the station. They have been of immense support. We are happy that Aditya Music is releasing the songs of 'Shekar'. The first song from the movie was a hit. And the second song 'Kinnera', too, has been received so well. Love and effort went into making this product. The first copy will be ready two days after the post-production works are done with. We hope that everyone is going to love 'Shekar'."
