Ever since RadheShyam was announced, it has become the hot topic of tinsel town, superstar Prabhas’ pairing with Pooja Hegde looks absolutely amazing and everyone is eager for the film.  

Earlier this month, the makers of the film released the first looks of Pooja and Prabhas’ character in the film with Prabhas being the most recent one. 

Now, on ocassion of the star’s birthday, the producers have released a beautiful motion video that starts off in the middle of a mystical looking forest with nothing but a single train track in the midst of it. The scene then zoom’s into the approaching train to reveal famous love couples from different cultures and time periods stationed in different compartments to a final glimpse of Vikramaditya and Prerana that will leave you intrigued.

'Radheshyam' is suggested to be an epic love story set in Europe. The movie stars Pan India star Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in the lead. 

The film will also feature Sachin Khedekar, Bhagyashree, Priyadarshi, Murali Sharma, Sasha Chettri, and Kunaal Roy Kapur among others and will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. 

'Radheshyam' will be a multi-lingual film and is helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar, presented by Rebel star, Dr. U.V. Krishnam Raju Garu and Gopikrishna Movies. It is being produced by UV Creations.

Range De is a family oriented movie belonging to the love genre. The movie unit has released a poster of the female protagonist, Keerthy Suresh, on the occasion of her birthday. The bright motion poster of the leading lady is attractive at the first glance which is sure to spread pleasent vibes and smiles.

After a long break the movie shooting resumed recently in Hyderabad. Along with actor Nithin, other prominent actors from the industry participated in the shooting and succesfully completed the schedule. The team took all the safety measures and precautions throughout the shoot. The unit is set to fly to 'Italy'  this month end  to shoot a few important scenes and songs pertaining to the movie. The principal photography is due to be completed with this schedule. This movie would release a 2021 Sankranti treat for the audience.

Director Shankar K Marthand About Expiry Date

 I am extremely delighted with the response for 'Expiry Date': Director Shankar K Marthand

'Expiry Date', the web-series currently streaming on ZEE5, has been showered with praises in both Telugu and Hindi. The thriller, directed by Shankar K Marthand, is one of the best products on Indian OTT in years. Starring Sneha Ullal, Tony Luke, Madhu Shalini, Ali Reza in key roles, this is a NorthStar Entertainment Pvt Ltd production. Producer Sharrath Marrar is quite happy with its success. It was released in Hindi on October 2 and on October 9 in Telugu. Days after the Telugu version started streaming on ZEE5, Shankar K Marthand has interacted with the media.

Congratulations, director! 'Expiry Date' has been embraced by one and all...

I feel glad about it. The reviews are quite encouraging in both Hindi and Telugu. Hindustan Times has given a spectacular rating. It really feels great.

The web-series phenomenon in the Telugu OTT universe was hardly taking off when 'Expiry Date' was materialized. How did the project fall in place?

Although the Telugu OTT universe has not seen many web-series, in English, we have had big titles like 'Game Of Thrones'. Even in Hindi, there have been quite a few popular ones. I was inspired to do something different on OTT. This is when I came to know that a producer is looking to produce a web-series. I narrated a story to that person. I love thrillers and fantasies. I like to transport the audience to a different world altogether. The producer loved the thriller that I narrated. But the project couldn't take off. I then approached Sharrath Marrar garu and narrated 'Expiry Date' to him. He loved the story. ZEE5's South Indian Creative Head Prasad Nimmakayala garu encouraged the project.

Whose idea was it to make 'Expiry Date' as a Telugu-Hindi bilingual?

The initial plan was to make it only in Telugu. But when ZEE5's head Aparna garu said that it would be worth to make it in Hindi as well, we changed the original plan. I have to thank her for the support on this occasion. I also thank Sharrath garu and Prasad garu for being pillars of support in the last one year. I also thank cinematographer Suresh, co-director Shravan and other team members.

The twists in the story have been lauded by the viewers. Isn't it?

I am glad the screenplay and the twists and turns have piqued the audience's interest. It's easy to write twists. What is the big deal is writing the climax. Prasad garu appreciated the ending and the whole screenplay. That boosted up my confidence.

Did you rope in the likes of Tony Luke, Sneha Ullal and Madhu Shalini because it's bilingual?

In OTT, casting is decided upon through deliberation. When I was cogitating over who should play Vishwa, 'Badla', the Hindi movie, happened to release on OTT. I watched the film and zeroed in on Tony Luke. When I conveyed my opinion to Sharrath garu, he too said he liked Tony in 'Badla' and asked me to go ahead. Sneha was chosen after we came to know that she was open to doing web-series. She loved the story and came on board. Madhu Shalini, too, was a unanimous choice.

'Expiry Date' has spelled the expiry of what?

(Smiles) Speaking for myself, it has ended the bad phase in my career. This success is going to be very special.

As a director, what differences have you noticed between cinema and OTT?

When you are making a film, you have to tell the story in 120 to 150 minutes. With a web-series, there is no time constraint. A scene can be stretched beyond two minutes. It offers a lot of creative freedom. The big challenge here is that each episode has to end on a nail-biting note.

What are your next projects?

I can't say anything at this moment. With 'Expiry Date' getting rave reviews, I am getting offers from web-series producers. I am in talks with ZEE5 and Sharrath Marrar garu. Offers are coming from other OTT platforms as well. As for movies, I am very much keen on them as well. Only time will tell whether I will be making a web-series again or a movie next.

With the web-series drawing applause all over, Madhu Shalini has expressed happiness in her latest interview.

How is the feedback to 'Expiry Date'?

Since most of the artists and technicians are from south India, it was perceived by many that it's a southern series. But those who have watched the Hindi version are finding it to be beyond south Indian. A few directors and other members from the film industry have called me up to ask about my next projects. I will be auditioning for roles soon.

What is your role in the web-series?

I play a woman named Sunitha, who enters the scene in the fifth episode. She is always conscious of what society might think if she does or doesn't do something. This is a one-of-its-kind role for me. I have never played such a role in the past. It felt new to play the role.

What kind of homework did you do for the role?

Sunitha is quite unlike how I am in real life. I watched a number of web-series as part of homework for the role. I referenced not only female but also male characters.

What is the crux of 'Expiry Date'?

The story is totally fresh. Four different characters come to cross paths with one another. The narration is quite gripping, thanks to director Shankar Marthand. He has narrated the various relationships quite well. Chances are high that 'Expiry Date' will have a sequel.

What was your first reaction when you listened to the story?

The director had given me a narration before the project materialized. By then, producer Sharrath Marrar garu hadn't taken up the project. When I listened to the story, I felt the web-series format would be the best best. When the project got materialized, I told Shankar garu that it's one of the best stories I have ever heard.

How was the shooting experience? Didn't shooting in the time of pandemic make you guys nervous?

It was nice working with all the artists. Tony Luke has worked in Hindi and Malayalam in the past. As Vishwa, he is realistic. We used to discuss every scene before giving a take. I don't have many scenes with Sneha Ullal. Ali Reza is quite natural. We were gearing up for the last schedule when the industry-wide lockdown was announced in March. Tony was stuck in Kochi, while Sneha remained in Mumbai. The last schedule was shot with a lot of caution and a sense of fear about coronavirus. We took all care of ourselves.

What is the title justification behind 'Expiry Date'?

Every relationship comes with an expiry date. The title of the web-series doesn't signify just the end of a relationship but a lot of stuff that happens in our lives. Every character has got a certain start and an end in the story. That's why the title.

What about your upcoming projects?

I am acting in 'Rise Of Sivagami', which is produced by 'Baahubali' fame Arka Media. It's a Hindi-language series. I can't reveal much about my character as of now. I am doing a Tamil film produced by Kollywood director Bala garu. A Telugu-Tamil bilingual as well as 'Goodachari-2' are also in the pipeline.

What is your ambition in life?

I am fine doing just one film a year. I like only those roles that I like. If I like the story, I come on board without much convincing.

A closer look at the poster, it shows a couple in an intimate space, indicating a love story probably, but the heart is bleeding blue, WHY? With the title being narudi brathuku natana, may be the protagonist goes through a bumpy ride in his life. It looks like there is more to the story than just love. We must wait and watch for it.

Vijay Sethupathi, Jayaram's hit movie to release in Telugu as 'Radio Madhav'

 Vijay Sethupathi, Jayaram's hit movie to release in Telugu as 'Radio Madhav'

'Maarconi Mathaai', the Malayalam-language family entertainer, featuring the super-talented Vijay Sethupathi and the versatile Jayaram as lead actors is coming out in Telugu. Directed by Sanil Kalathil, the film marked the 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' actor Sethupathi's debut in Mollywood. It is now being dubbed into Telugu as 'Radio Madhav'. Actor Sree Vishnu has announced the film as a gesture.

"I am very happy that 'Radio Madhav' is coming out in Telugu. I wish the entire team of the movie all the best and wish them success," Sree Vishnu said.

Talking about the promising film, producer DV Krishna Swamy said that Sethupathi will be seen in 'Radio Madhav' as himself. "Jayaram, who was seen as a villain 'Bhaagamathie' and in Allu Arjun's 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo', has played the role of a bank security guard who got retired from the military. The story unfolds in the backdrop of an FM radio station. There is also a nice love story in the film."

Co-producer DV Chalam said that the story takes place in Changanassery, a town lush with greenery in Kerala. "The songs in the film are cool," he added. Executive Producer N Srinivasa Moorthy said that 'Radio Madhav' is a feel-good film. "The climax, shot in Goa, is quite exciting and will have the audience at the edge-of-the-seat anticipating whether the hero-heroine duo will be united," he added.

Writer Bhasya Sri said, "It was an enjoyable experience working on the film. 'Radio Madhav' is a musical family entertainer like Venkatesh garu's 'Raja' and 'Sankranthi'. I hope the audience will make it a hit like the Malayalam version."

After news broke out that Tollywood noted producer Ram Talluri is presenting the Bogan movie in Telugu version, the response received from the audience was overwhelming.

Bogan movie is being released in Telugu version with same title by noted Tollywood film producer Ram Talluri. Dubbing work for the movie has already been completed.

Bogan movie team has now released the trailer at 11 AM Today. Going by the trailer, one can understand that the movie is jam packed with breathtaking stunts and terrific action sequences. It is also to be noted that there are so many interesting twists and turns all through the movie. 

In one of the scenes in the trailer, 'Hansika' is seen speaking to Aditya(aravind swamy) on phone asking him to come fast as Vikram(Jayam Ravi) is coming near to her with a revolver in his hand. And at the end of the trailer, Aravind Swamy is seen shouting Aditya but that character role is played by Aravind Swamy himself in the movie. Why is Hansika looking at Jayam Ravi with fear and why is Aravind Swamy calling out Aditya, to know that one has to watch the movie. There are so many suspense elements like these to watch out for in the movie.

The story revolves around a bank robbery case and police officer 'Vikram'(Jayam Ravi) who wants to nab the criminal 'Aditya'(Aravind Swamy) in the case.

Lakshman's screenplay, D Imman's music and Soundararajan's cinematography are going to be the biggest highlights of the movie.

Jayam Ravi and Aravind Swamy teamed up once again for Bogan movie after Thani Oruvan movie. This movie which is made with a limited budget has collected approximately 25 crores and turned out to be sensational blockbuster in Tamil.

Hansika Motwani plays the female lead role in the movie, while Nasser, Ponvannan, Naren and Akshara Gowda play other supporting roles in the movie.

The producer of the movie Ram Talluri announced that they are planning to bring the movie as soon as possible for Telugu audience.

Stylish Star Allu Arjun comes forward to lend his support in promotions of Vishnu Manchu starrer Mosagallu.

The title key theme music released by Victory Venkatesh got exceptional response and music director Sam CS is winning accolades for his work.

It’s now Allu Arjun’s turn to expose Mosagallu and the size of their scam on October 3rd. Wait for less than a week days to know what Bunny is going to unveil.

Mosagallu is being made prestigiously on lavish budget and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to hype expectations with distinctive and vigorous promotions.

The film is based on a true story – about the biggest IT scam in history; which originated in India and shook the United States of America.

Vishnu Manchu is producing the film, while Jeffrey Chin is directing it. Kajal Aggarwal will be seen as Vishnu’s sister.

Noted Tollywood screenwriter and director BVS Ravi, who had previously worked on films like Jawaan, and Wanted is turning producer with an action thriller which stars Mogalirekuli serial fame, Sagar in lead role.

BVS Ravi will be launching debutante Ramesh through this film. The latter was previously associated with Gautam Vasudev Menon and YVS Chowdary. He will be making his directorial debut with this film.

Touted to be an action thriller, this film is said to have an interesting plotline and the male lead's characterisation will be a peculiar one.

First Look of 'Shaadi Mubarak' is out!

 

'Shaadi Mubarak' is an out-and-out family entertainer being produced by the successful producers Dil Raju and Sirish on Sri Venkateswara Creations. Starring Veer Sagar and Drishya Raghunath as the lead pair, the film is being directed by Padma Sri. 

The First Look of the promising film was on Wednesday unveiled by the makers, who said that the film's sole purpose is to dish out full-on laughs! 

The film's post-production works are currently on. The producers are planning to release the film soon.

National award winners Rajesh Touchriver and Priya Mani Joins together to make 'Cyanide'

Casting for the movie based on the life of the notorious criminal Cyanide Mohan, the physical education teacher in Karnataka who killed 20 young women by giving them cyanide, has been completed. "National award winner Rajesh Touchriver would direct this Crime thriller. National award winner Priyamani would essay the role of the special investigation officer with an IG rank, who probes this crucial case," producer Pradeep Narayanan conveyed.

Rohini, Chittaranjan Giri, Tanikella Bharani, Ram Gopal Bajaj, Shiju, Shaju, Sriman, Mukundan, Sameer and Sanju Sivram, Riju Bajaj, Rimju would play the main characters. The movie is being made in five languages, and in its Hindi version, Bollywood actor Yashpal Sharma would don Priyamani's police officer role.

Cyanid Mohan's crime story - observed by the court as "rarest of rare" - is being brought to the silver screen by Rajesh Touchriver as 'Cyanide', in the crime genre. Getting young women to hotel rooms across Karnataka in the guise of love, giving them emergency contraceptive pills - laced with cyanide - after a night with them, and subsequent fleeing with their gold ornaments was Mohan's modus operandi. About 20 young women were murdered by Mohan in this manner - and the court awarded him 6 death penalties and 14 life sentences for the same. This true incident is what Rajesh Touchriver is making into a feature film.

NRI business man Pradeep Narayanan is producing 'Cyanide' under the banner Middle East Cinema Pvt Ltd. The movie will be shot in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada at the same time, and actors from these five languages will be part of this grand project. Come January, shooting will commence in Manguluru, and locations will include Hyderabad, Goa, Madikeri, Kodagu and Kasargode. 

The story and screenplay are by Rajesh Touchriver.Dialogues- Telugu- Ravi Punnam, Tamil - Raajaa Chandrasekhar, Malayalam - Rajesh Touchriver, Lennon Babu. Sadat Sainudeen who worked with Kamal Haasan on 'Vishwaroopam' and 'Uttama Villain' would be the director of photography. Padmasri awardee Sunitha Krishnan is the concept advisor. International award winner George Joseph from Bollywood would be the music director,background score and songs by Dr. Gopal Sankar, while award winning editor Sasi Kumar with experience across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada movies would handle the editing.
