“Ahom” Movie Grandly Launched in Hyderabad with K.S. Rama Rao and V.V. Vinayak as Chief Guests
The much-anticipated film “Ahom”, starring Vivek Mishra and Shrutika in lead roles, was officially launched today with grandeur in Hyderabad. The film is being produced by Dasarath under the Eagle Eye Studio International banner and directed by Prasad Raju. Designed as a pan-India project, Ahom will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
The launch event witnessed the of prominent personalities from the film industry, including veteran producer K.S. Rama Rao and successful director V.V. Vinayak as chief guests.
Speaking on the occasion, K.S. Rama Rao praised director Prasad Raju’s experience and vision. He expressed his happiness about the film being made as a multi-language project and noted that cinema today has gone beyond regional boundaries. He even suggested exploring additional languages like Bengali, Marathi, and English to widen its reach. He congratulated producer Dasarath and emphasized that supporting new producers contributes to industry growth and employment generation.
Lead actress Shrutika shared her excitement about being part of the film and thanked director Prasad Raju for the opportunity. She assured that she would give her best and sought the audience’s blessings and support.
Hero Vivek Mishra expressed his joy about working in Hyderabad, calling it a hub for films and music. He highlighted how cinema has evolved into a global platform and thanked the team for giving him this opportunity.
Model Deepti appreciated the invitation to the launch and extended her best wishes to the team. Actor Azad spoke about the strong and impactful title “Ahom” and expressed confidence in the film’s success. Actor Vishwa mentioned that Prasad Raju had been waiting for the right opportunity to direct and said he is glad to be part of the project in a significant role.
Actor Kotakonda Krishna recalled that Prasad Raju gave him his first acting opportunity in “Mahanandi”. Having now completed 25 films, he expressed happiness that Ahom marks his 26th project.
Hyderabad youth icon Vinay praised the director for consistently encouraging new talent and wished the film grand success. Actor Sandy also shared his excitement about being part of the film and thanked both the team and the media.
Director Prasad Raju thanked chief guests V.V. Vinayak and K.S. Rama Rao for gracing the event.
