 Nandamuri Balakrishna Appointed Brand Ambassador for Anvita Group

Hyderabad: Anvita Group has announced Nandamuri Balakrishna as its Brand Ambassador. The announcement was made by the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, Achyutarao Boppana. On this occasion, the brand films of Anvita Group were officially unveiled during a special event held in Hyderabad on Friday.

Addressing the media, Achyutarao Boppana said that Nandamuri Balakrishna’s illustrious career spanning over five decades, along with his notable contributions to the fields of education and healthcare, has made him an inspiration to society. He added that Balakrishna’s strong values, integrity, and commitment perfectly align with Anvita Group’s core philosophy, making him the ideal choice as the brand’s representative.

Highlighting Anvita Group’s vision, Achyutarao Boppana stated that “Build Happiness” is the guiding principle of the organization, and Balakrishna’s association will further strengthen the brand’s message of creating meaningful, long-lasting living spaces and a positive legacy for future generations.

He further revealed that over the past two decades, Anvita Group has successfully delivered nearly 4 crore square feet of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The group is currently developing a lifestyle community in Dallas, USA, and is executing three major projects in Hyderabad with a total built-up area of approximately 8 million square feet.

Achyutarao Boppana also shared that the Anvita Ivana project at Kollur has received its Occupancy Certificate ahead of schedule, with 400 residential units set to be handed over in the first phase. He added that upcoming projects such as Anvita High Nine and Anvita Parkside at Medchal are poised to redefine urban living in Hyderabad.

Outlining the group’s future plans, he said Anvita Group will be launching world-class projects in the outskirts of Hyderabad, as well as in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. In Vijayawada, the group plans to develop the city’s tallest high-rise buildings near Benz Circle. Over the next five to six years, Anvita Group aims to deliver approximately 1,000 residential units every year.
