Ravi teja Brother Raghu arrested in Madhapur . He created lot of distrubance . Raghu Abused and misbehaved with police so Police has taken bharath in to their coustody he consumed alcohal beyond the limit Police seized his vehicle and Arrested him today morning and filed a complaint on him After a breath analyser test. Further details are awaited. Erlier raghu was arrested in Drug case .
