Jennifer Lawrence starrer sci-fi adventure, ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’
The second installation of the Hunger Games series
set to release in India on December 6

Universal Pictures is all set to bring ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ to
India as their next release, this November. The dark adventure film, which is a
sequel to the 2012 science fiction film ‘The Hunger Games’, stars Jennifer
Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson. Directed by Francis Lawrence,
‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ will be releasing in India on December 6,
2013, in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The gross lifetime collection of the
first film of the Hunger Games trilogy was close to USD $700 million at the box
office worldwide.
‘The Hunger
Games: Catching Fire’ is the story of what happens to Jennifer Lawrence and
Josh Hutcherson’s characters Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark after the first
instalment. Katniss has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger
Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. But winning means that they must
turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a
"Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a
rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as
President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games - The Quarter Quell - a
competition that could change Panem forever.
