Case On Thamanna By Bollywood Producer

A Bollywood producer has moved court against Tamanna, alleging that she has failed to honor her contract with him. According to that contract Tamanna to shell out 25 per cent of her earnings for five years to the producer.


Producer Salim Akhtar stated that, he introduced Tamanna in the Hindi film ‘Chand Sa Roshan Chehra’ in 2005. The film was directed by Shabah Shamsi.

Later, Tamanna migrated to the South and made it big in Tamil cinema and Telugu cinema. She has now been signed by Sajid Khan to share the screen space with Ajay Devgn in the ‘Himmatwala’ remake.

Akhtar says “My agreement with Tamanna dated October 28, 2003 clearly states that she is on a revenue sharing basis with my company, Aftab Pictures Pvt Ltd, from March 2005 till March 2010. But she did not share single paisa”.
