Honest Films Always Win: ‘Eesha’ Success Once Again Proves Audience Power

After the blockbuster successes of Little Hearts and Raju Weds Rambai, producers Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati have scored a hat-trick with the horror thriller Eesha. Released as a Christmas special on December 25, the film emerged as a festive winner and is running successfully in theatres.

Produced under the banners Nandipati Entertainments and Bunny Vas Works, and presented by KL Damodar Prasad, Eesha is produced by Pothula Hema Venkateswara Rao under HVR Productions. The film stars Trigun, Hebba Patel, Akhil Raj, Siri Hanumanth, and Prithviraj in key roles. To celebrate the film’s success, the team organized a grand success meet, with senior producer Suresh Babu attending as the chief guest.

Speaking at the event, Suresh Babu congratulated Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati for their consistent success. He said the audience once again proved that honest and sincere films will always be rewarded. He emphasized that there is no difference between small and big filmsonly content matters. He also encouraged filmmakers to stay positive and not lose hope due to rejections.

Presenter KL Damodar Prasad appreciated the producers for their winning streak and said that any film which succeeds automatically becomes a big film. He praised director Srinivas Manne for his long journey and dedication, expressing confidence that this success would open new doors for him.

Producer Bunny Vas said he was happy with the audience response and praised director Srinivas Manne for connecting well with viewers. He mentioned that the box-office results clearly reflect the film’s acceptance and requested critics to be mindful while reviewing films, as words can deeply affect filmmakers.

Vamsi Nandipati shared that Eesha succeeded despite many challenges and negativity, which is why they called it “Success Beyond Noise.” He thanked audiences for supporting meaningful cinema.

Actor-producer Ashok Kumar encouraged newcomers to take risks and remain patient, stating that positivity and persistence always lead to success.

An emotional director Srinivas Manne spoke about the negativity faced during release and how it affected him mentally. He said the audience’s support changed everything and turned Eesha into a blockbuster. He requested constructive criticism instead of destructive negativity.

Producer Pothula Hema Venkateswara Rao thanked Suresh Babu for attending and credited Damodar Prasad, Bunny Vas, and Vamsi Nandipati for standing by the film. He said the audience proved the film’s strength by coming to theatres despite early criticism.

Music director RR Dhruvan said Eesha showed that audiences support fresh and honest attempts and expressed happiness that this was his first theatrical hit.

Actors Akhil Raj, Siri Hanumanth, and Usha Sri shared their gratitude, calling the film a turning point in their careers and thanking the entire team for the opportunity and support.

The event was also attended by several film personalities including Court director Ram Jagadeesh, Bekkem Venugopal, Trinath Reddy, Harshith, and Yadu Vamsi, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
