Nidhhi Agerwal on Hari Hara Veera Mallu:Working with Pawan Kalyan Garu Is a Blessing

Nidhhi Agerwal Unveils Her Role in Hari Hara Veera Mallu: A Journey of Grit, Grace, and Grandeur

As the release date of Hari Hara Veera Mallu draws closer, the buzz surrounding the epic action saga is at an all-time high. Adding fuel to the excitement, leading lady Nidhhi Agerwal recently opened up about her transformative role, training journey, and the sheer scale of the film in an exclusive media interaction.

With the magnum opus set to hit theatres on July 24th, Nidhhi, who plays the majestic Panchami, shared heartfelt insights about her character and the passion poured into bringing it to life.

I absolutely loved playing Panchami. She’s layered, strong, and emotionally complex. Songs like ‘Kollagottinadhiro’ and ‘Tara Tara’ show just how different her shades are and that contrast is what made the role so rewarding, she said.

Transforming into Panchami wasn’t just about performance, but also precision.

It took nearly two hours every day to get into character. The costume team and stylists were incredible. Every detail, from the jewellery to the hair, was handled with extreme care,” Nidhhi revealed.

One of the most emotional moments during the interaction was when she spoke about sharing screen space with the legendary Pawan Kalyan.

Working with Pawan Kalyan Garu is a privilege. His presence is magnetic. You can do a hundred films, but doing one with him feels like an entire career milestone,” she said with visible emotion.

The film’s theme, she believes, lies at the heart of its power.

Sword vs Spirit is the perfect way to define Part 1. It’s not just a battle of weapons, but of ideologies, beliefs, and legacy, she added.

Nidhhi didn’t just rely on acting chops she dove headfirst into rigorous training for the role.

I had to learn horse riding, Bharatanatyam, and participate in action sequences. It pushed me to grow as an actor and performer, she explained.

She recalled her very first shoot day vividly.

We started with ‘Kollagottinadhiro’. It was on a grand real set the moment I walked in, I felt the gravity and ambition of the project.

Highlighting the collaborative spirit on set, Nidhhi said:

I have many scenes with Pawan Kalyan Garu and others. Every artist and technician was incredibly committed. You’ll feel that sincerity on screen.”

On the film’s unique storytelling canvas, she shared:

Veera Mallu is a fictional hero set in a real historical timeline. It’s like crafting a story during the COVID era with imaginary characters. Think Indiana Jones but with royal Indian flair.”

Of course, no period epic is complete without an unforgettable soundtrack and this one has M.M. Keeravani at the helm.

Keeravani Garu has nailed it. His score lifts every frame. Both my songs ‘Tara Tara’ and ‘Kollagottinadhiro’ are very special to me,” she said with a smile.

Directed by Jyothi Krishna, produced by A. Dayakar Rao under Mega Surya Productions, and presented by A.M. Rathnam, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is all set to be a visual and emotional spectacle.

With Nidhhi Agerwal bringing depth and dynamism to her character, and the film promising an unforgettable cinematic experience, all eyes are now on July 24th. The countdown is on and Veera Mallu is ready to rise.
