A Grand Teaser Launch for “The Raja Saab” Unveils a Vintage, Massy Prabhas

In a grand and electrifying celebration, the teaser of The Raja Saab was unveiled on the colossal IMAX screen in Hyderabad today, sparking massive fan frenzy and drawing top media houses from across the country. The event marked a power-packed prelude to one of the most eagerly anticipated films of the year, starring Rebel Star Prabhas in a vibrant, massy avatar.
Directed by Maruthi, and backed by the prestigious People Media Factory, The Raja Saab promises a complete entertainer with color, comedy, charisma, and compelling action. The film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads, while veteran actors Sanjay Dutt, Anupam Kher, Samudrakani, and VTV Ganesh play key roles. The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on December 5, 2025.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, director Maruthi shared,
The Raja Saab is the film I’ve dreamt of making all my life. It blends vintage Prabhas the charm, the comic timing, the effortless energy with my style of storytelling. When Prabhas called me after hearing the story and began discussing the scenes he liked, I knew I had to give this film everything I had.”
He added, “This movie is for the fans. You’ll see Prabhas in colorful songs, with three heroines, his signature dance moves, punch-packed comedy, and a heartfelt story. It’s the ‘Bujjigadu’ spirit reimagined on a pan-India canvas.”
TG Vishwa Prasad: “This is Our Biggest and Most Ambitious Project Yet”
Producer TG Vishwa Prasad, who is backing the film under the People Media Factory banner, confidently declared,
“The Raja Saab is the largest-scale film our banner has undertaken. We’ve built massive indoor sets and invested heavily in world-class VFX. From day one, we knew this was not just another film it’s an event. The climax alone is 40 minutes long and will be one of the film’s most talked-about highlights. We also have a global-scale sequel in the works.”

Production Designer Rajeevan highlighted the detailed haveli sets created over three and a half years.
Cinematographer Karthik Palani reflected on his second collaboration with Prabhas, calling it “a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
Composer Thaman’s music is set to be a major highlight, with mass tracks, romantic numbers, and adrenaline-filled background scores.
Action choreography by Ram-Lakshman and King Solomon promises to elevate the cinematic scale.
