Its very sad to say biggest fan of Ntr Srinidhi (10) was passed away today in Ram Dev Hospital Kukatpally Hyderabad . she was fighting with cancer from the last two years .Recently Ntr met her in Hospital to full her last wish . He gifted her a big teddy bear .Ntr was very emotional after seeing on that day .
