In less than two weeks on January 13th, Sankranthi festivities will begin for the fans of megastar Chiranjeevi and mass maharaja Ravi Teja with the most-awaited mass action entertainer Waltair Veerayya hitting the screens on January 13th. Meanwhile, the film’s censor formalities have also been finished. The film directed by Bobby Kolli (KS Ravindra) has got a U/A certificate. Needless to say, Waltair Veerayya is the kind of movie fans and masses have been expecting in the crazy combination of Chiranjeevi, Ravi Teja, Bobby, and Mythri Movie Makers.

Waltair Veerayya will be high on entertainment and Chiranjeevi will be seen in a vintage hilarious role. Ravi Teja’s special in the second half will be one of the biggest highlights. Of course, the movie will have action, mass, romance, and dances. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad composed an album consisting of melodious as well as mass numbers. Poonakaalu Loading has got a massive response from all sections. The fifth and last song from the movie will be launched soon.

The ambitious project of Bobby Kolli is made on a high budget. Shruti Haasan will be seen as the leading lady opposite Chiranjeevi. The film is produced on a grand scale by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, while GK Mohan is the co-producer.

Arthur A Wilson cranks the camera, whereas Niranjan Devaramane is the editor and AS Prakash is the production designer. Sushmita Konidela is the costume designer.

While the story and dialogue were written by Bobby himself, Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy penned the screenplay. The writing department also includes Hari Mohana Krishna and Vineeth Potluri.

'వీరసింహారెడ్డి' కోసం ఏడాది పాటు షూట్ చేశాం. దాదాపు అన్ని బుతువుల్లో షూటింగ్ జరిగింది. సిరిసిల్లల్లో షూట్ చేస్తునపుడు తీవ్రమైన వేడి వుండేది. అలాగే టర్కీ , ఇస్తాంబుల్, అంటాల్య లో కూడా షూటింగ్ చేశాం.  అక్కడ కూడా చాలా వేడి వుంటుంది. ఈ సినిమాలో రగ్గడ్ నెస్ కావాలి. దాని కోసం టీం అంతా చాలా హార్డ్ వర్క్ చేసి దాన్ని ఎచీవ్ చేశాం.

 

టెక్నికల్ గా ఈ సినిమా కోసం ఏమైనా ప్రయోగాలు చేశారా ?

బాలకృష్ణ గారి పర్సోనా లార్జర్ దెన్ లైఫ్. దాన్ని తెరపై ఎంత గొప్పగా ఆవిష్కరించాలనే దానిపై ప్రత్యేకమైన ద్రుష్టి పెట్టాం. లండన్ నుండి తీసుకొచ్చిన న్యూ సెటప్ లెన్స్ లు వాడాం. కలర్స్ అద్భుతంగా వుంటాయి. సినిమా విజువల్ ఫీస్ట్ లా వుంటుంది.

 

దర్శకుడు గోపీచంద్ మలినేని తో పని చేయడం ఎలా అనిపించింది

గోపీచంద్ మలినేని యంగ్ అండ్ డైనమిక్ వండర్ ఫుల్ డైరెక్టర్. తనకి చాలా మంచి భవిష్యత్ వుంటుంది. ఆలోచనలు పంచుకోవడం పట్ల చాలా ఓపెన్ గా వుంటారు. తనతో పని చేయడం మంచి అనుభూతి. తన గత చిత్రం క్రాక్ చూశాను. నిజానికి మేము కలసి ప్రాజెక్ట్ చేయాల్సింది. వేర్వేరు ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ వుండటం వలన కుదరలేదు. ఇప్పుడు తనతో కలసి పని చేయడం ఆనందాన్ని ఇచ్చింది.

రవి గారు, నవీన్ గారు అద్భుతమైన నిర్మాతలు. వారి సపోర్ట్ మర్చిపోలేను. ఇంత గొప్ప నిర్మాతలని నేను చూడలేదు. వారికి సినిమా పట్ల గొప్ప ప్యాషన్ వుంది. సినిమాని చాలా చక్కగా అర్ధం చేసుకుంటారు. సినిమాకి ఏం కావాలంటే అది సమకూరుస్తారు. మైత్రీ మూవీ మేకర్స్ తో మళ్ళీ మళ్ళీ కలసి పని చేయాలని వుంది.

People Media Factory and Dasari Productions are joining forces to produce Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, a feel-good romance, written and directed by Srinivas Avasarala. Naga Shaurya and Malvika Nair, the hit pair that created magic on-screen with their chemistry in Kalyana Vaibhogame, play the leads in the project. People Media Factory has backed two big commercial successes in 2022, namely Dhamaka and Karthikeya 2, with their filmography comprising several hits like Goodachari, Oh Baby as well.

The combo of actor Naga Shaurya and director Srinivas Avasarala has given us two memorable films in the past, Oohalu Gusagusalade and Jyo Achyutananda. Both the films are best examples that they bring the best out of each other. The films have aged so beautifully over the years, enjoying great reception in theatres, television and OTT alike. An attractive first look of the film was launched today. A humourous announcement video of the first look was launched yesterday where the lead actors get together on a call with Srinivas Avasarala, discussing the absence of any updates surrounding the film. When Shaurya even says, ‘Even RRR has released in theatres’, Srinivas Avasarala cheekily responds to him that RRR had three letters while Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi has four (when read as PAPA) before confirming the launch date (January 2). 

Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi is a romance spanning a decade revolving around the highs and lows in the relationship of a couple. The film takes the viewers through their journey as they age from 18 year-olds to 28 year-olds. The romance element in the film is expected to be very realistic, mature and sensible and the director has claimed he would be presenting love in seven different hues, akin to a rainbow. Srinivas Avasarala’s conversational dialogues are a major USP of the film, the makers say.

Kalyani Malik, who scored the music for Naga Shaurya-Srinivas Avasarala’s earlier collaborations, is the composer for Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi as well. The shoot of the film was wrapped up recently and more details surrounding the film’s release will be out shortly.

Leading production houses Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas are producing an action spectacle, headlined by Panja Vaisshnav Tej. Produced by S Naga Vamsi and and Sai Soujanya, the film is presented by Srikara Studios. The film is touted to be an out-and-out mass entertainer, written and directed by debutant N Srikanth Reddy. Sreeleela, who has tasted consecutive hits in Telugu cinema, is the female lead for the project. 

The makers of the film announced the release date of #PVT04 earlier today. #PVT04 will hit screens across the globe on April 29, 2023. Timed right for the summer season, the team believes it’s an ideal date to bring together audiences of all age groups to watch the film. In the release announcement poster, Vaisshnav Tej stands behind a burning fence, while sporting a white shirt. A statement in the poster reads, ‘A journey of the fierce one’ hinting at a film with power-packed characters and an intense plot. 

Nearly 75% of #PVT04’s shoot is complete, with only the song sequences to be shot in the coming weeks. The film is reportedly shaping up very well and is expected to be a feast for the masses. Audiences are quite curious to witness two promising actors like Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Sreeleela together, more so for their on-screen chemistry. Young hero Nikhil Siddhartha and Anupama Parameswaran starrer '18 Pages' under the direction of Palnati Surya Pratap had a theatrical release on December 23rd. Opened to positive reports from the targeted youth audience, '18 Pages' had a terrific run at the ticket windows.

Going by the trade reports, 18 Pages earned more than Rs 3.5 crore gross on its tenth day (January 1st, 2023) at the box office, which is higher than Day 1. Utilising new year holiday the film registered terrific footfalls in every area.

Naga Chaitanya’s Telugu-Tamil bilingual project directed by leading filmmaker Venkat Prabhu went on the floors a couple of months back. The film titled Custody has Krithi Shetty as the female lead. Arvind Swami playing the antagonist role while Priyamani will be seen in a powerful role. The film also stars Sampath Raj, Sarathkumar, Premji, Vennela Kishore, Premi Vishwanath, among others.

The makers recently announced the grand release date for the movie. And the film is releasing worldwide on May 12, 2023. Welcoming the grand new year 2023, today makers unveiled a special glimpse. 

The first glimpse of this movie has all the elements needed to excite audience and fans of Naga Chaitanya. The teaser begins with a gripping background score and aerial shots. The reversed cars blast and immediately Naga Chaitanya gets into action delivering punches and kicks on the villains.

Viewers get to witness Naga Chaitanya in massiest avatar and the glimpse is loaded with action elements and a ferocious look of Chay in the end. Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja scored thumping and breathtaking background music. Cinematography is spell-bounding.

Venkat Prabhu once again showcased his technical brilliance and the video gives the adrenaline rush. He is also known for unique taglines for his film and the tagline for Custody is 'A Venkat Prabhu Hunt.' God of masses Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy under the direction of Gopichand Malineni is getting ready for a grand release worldwide on 12th of this month as a Sankranthi special. The film’s theatrical trailer will be launched during the pre-release event to be organized on 6th of this month in Ongole.

Before that, the lyrical video of the fourth and final song of the movie- Mass Mogudu will be released on January 3rd at 7:55 PM. The same has been announced through this ostentatious poster that shows the rocking chemistry of Balakrishna and Shruti Haasan. While Balakrishna looks royal in traditional wear, Shruti Haasan looks glamorous in trendy attire. Mass Mogudu is going to be Thaman mark mass number.

The film stars an ensemble cast including Duniya Vijay and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are producing the film, while acclaimed writer Sai Madhav Burra has provided dialogues.

Natural Star Nani for his 30th movie will be collaborating with Vyra Entertainments for production No 1 from the banner and the movie was announced officially a couple of days ago, without announcing director and other cast and crew of the yet-to-be-titled flick to be produced grandly by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM), Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala, and Murthy K S.

The makers on New Year released a video, unveiling the world of #Nani30. The video shows Nani sitting on top of a building and clicking photos while discussing with his on-screen daughter about his next project. Nani says he will be shaving his beard as well as his mustache which he grew for Dasara. The video gives the impression that the movie will be an emotional family entertainer with a different concept and father-daughter bonding is going to be the USP.

In the process, the film’s main technicians have been announced, including the director. Debutant Shouryuv will be wielding the megaphone for the first time, and he makes us emotional with the short video. Mrunal Thakur who made a grand debut in Telugu with Sita Ramam will be playing the heroine.

The movie will have some young and talented technicians taking care of different crafts. Sanu John Varughese ISC will be cranking the camera and this will be his third movie with Nani, after Jersey and Shyam Singha Roy. The cinematographer captured the emotions persuasively.

Popular Malayalam composer Hesham Abdul Wahab of Hridayam fame scores the music and his background score for the video is very pleasant and sets the right mood.

Ghost is an Action Heist Thriller which has recently completed its second schedule, where The crew shot key scenes in a huge prison interior set worth Rs 6 Crores at Mysore. Shivarajkumar, Jayaram and Prashanth Narayanan took part in this schedule. The third schedule will.begin from the first week of February. Introduction parts and climax parts will be shot during the third schedule. A huge set is being erected in Bengaluru to can these sequences.

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga who created a sensation with his maiden directorial venture Arjun Reddy delivered much bigger blockbuster with its remake Kabir Singh. The director who made his mark both in Telugu and Hindi is making a true Pan India movie Animal and for the same, he collaborated with Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor to offer a never before kind of experience to the audience of south and north.
