Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) & Savetemples.org, USA recently organized International Documentary Festival on “Ancient Hindu Temples In My Village(Town)– Past & Present” and “Kurumurthy Raya” documentary bagged Swarna Gomatha Award (1st Prize) with Cash Prize of Rs.1,00,000/- said by the organization’s founder Prof. Velagapudi Prakasarao and Cultural Brand Ambassador Dr. Ghazal Srinivas.
They also said that 2nd Best Film Rajatha Gowmatha Award was bagged by “Mahendragiri”, Produced & Directed by Kottapalli Seetaram with Cash Prize of Rs.75,000/- and 3rd Best Film Kamsya Gowmatha Award was bagged by “Manushulu Chesina Devudu” Produced by Harisha & Directed by Sathya Prasad with Cash Prize of Rs.50,000/-
And also the Consolation Prizes are (Rs.10,000/- each winner)
1. Documentary: Kolimigundla Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, Produced by Dinesh Raja & Directed by Avinash Kymar
2. Documentary: Maaooridevudu Andarivaadu, Produced by M Ramadevi & M Padmavati & Directed by BHANUPRAKASH MALIGI
3. Documentary: Mana Vaibhavam, Produced by Ramya Ramanuja & Directed by Manasa
Renowned Film Director “Lakshmana Rekha” Sri Gopala Krishna, Renowned Theater personality Sri Dixit DS and Cine Poet Sri Sirasri are the Jury of the Documentary Festival.
In 3rd Week of August, the Prize distribution ceremony will be held in Prasad Labs, Hyderabad said by the organizers
