Famous Cartoonist and Director Bapu (Satthiraju Lakshminarayana) who was born on December 15, 1933 (age 80)was passed away today ( August 31st 2014 )  at  Chennai due to cardiac arrest He is the Legendary director of Telugu Film Industry  He Made his first Film with Super Star Krishna in 1967 Titled as  Sakshi .His Last Film was Sriramarajyam with Nandamuri Bala Krishna Which was Released in 2011

he made many master pieces such as, 'Balaraju Katha', 'Andalaramudu', 'Muthyalamuggu', 'Seetha Kalyanam','Sri Rajeswari Vilas Coffee Club',   'Mantrigari Viyyankudu', 'Bhakta Kannappa', 'Pelli Pusthakam', 'Mr.Pellam'. 'Sriramarajyam' 'Manavoori Pandavulu', 'Andala Ramudu.'Shri Ramanjaneya Yuddham'

Indian Government honoured bapu with Padmasri Award in 2013 He won Many awards including National ,Nandhi .and film fare
